"There is a war on men (masculinity) but you'll miss us when we're gone." - AHATI KILINDI IYI I see a time (in the "African American Community") when it's to a point when "Devine Masculine" is so foreign to most that many will know something is missing and not even be able to identify what that missing link is (especially in the so called popular culture), while at the same time when the "Devine Masculin" raises it's head it will be attacked like witches during the inquisition. The traditional approach to Warrior/Martial arts is perhaps the mechanism many have used primarily to foster and preserve the Devine Masculin. Perhaps the cultures who translated their warrior craft into arts after....knew this and made sure there martial art would be part of their national identity and a matter of national pride in this way preserving to them what it is or was to be "Devine Masculine". #Sankofa
